We came all the way to Bukit Mertajam just to enjoy this uncle's wonderful char kuey teow. I think he cooks with charcoal.
Just look at the egg shells in the dustbin. And my local friend told me the business for that night was considered bad already because we don't have to wait for 30 minutes for the noodles to come. In fact, 6 of us there managed to eat 2 plates each in about 30 minutes. Thank goodness I did because it's really too good to just have one.
I'll miss you uncle, I mean your char kueh teow. :)
